Help Make Keighley Safer: Participate in Our Speeding Survey
Keighley Town Council is committed to helping reduce speeding on our streets, we are conducting a Speeding Survey to gather insights from residents. Your input will play an important role in identifying roads where speeding is a concern and will guide the placement of Speed Indication Devices (SIDs) across the town.
By sharing your experiences and observations, you can help us make informed decisions that contribute to safer streets for everyone. Whether you’ve noticed vehicles consistently exceeding speed limits in your area or have specific concerns about road safety, your feedback is invaluable.
All the information gathered by the survey will be considered by the Town Council’s Planning & Community Safety Committee which has responsibility for the deployment of the Speed Indication Devices.
Operation Shipdon
Operation Shipdon, is an ongoing joint effort between the Keighley Neighbourhood Policing Team (West Yorkshire Police) and Keighley Town Council to tackle Anti-Social Driving within the town.
