The Town Council plays an active part in all local planning issues. It is probably the area of the Council's role that is best known to the community and which can be of the most importance. Planning Applications and Copyright
Bradford Metropolitan District Council provided Keighley Town Council the following permissions with regard to Planning Applications & Copyright (permission was granted on the 21 February 2017)
“THIS COPY HAS BEEN MADE BY OR WITH THE AUTHORITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL TO MAKE THE PLAN OR DESIGN OPEN TO THE PUBLIC INSPECTION PERSUANT TO S47 OF THE COPYRIGHT, DESIGN AND PATENTS ACT 1988 UNLESS THAT ACT PROVIDES A RELEVENT EXCEPTION TO COPYRIGHT, THE COPY MUST NOT BE COPIED WITHOUT THE PRIOR PERMISSION OF THE COPYRIGHT OWNER”
